The same breath is blown into different saxophones, and good instruments obviously have a fuller sense of vibration than bad instruments.Of course, vibration cannot be simply understood as the size of the volume or the brightness of the sound, but the sense of vibration that the saxophone as a whole emits as a metal instrument.It can be understood as when we blow in one point of strength, it can emit one point of vibration; when we blow in ten points of strength, it can emit ten points of vibration.But for a bad musical instrument, we may blow in one point of strength, and only half of the vibration will come out; even if we give more breath, the sound that comes out is still muffled, and there is no good vibration.

Then there is the pitch.The accuracy of pitch is closely related to the position of each sound hole of the saxophone, and it is also related to the debugging of the level of each key, and there are some deviations in the position of the bad saxophone sound hole.For example: when we blow up from the lowest tone to the midrange area do, its pitch becomes lower and lower; when we press the overtone key to blow re, the pitch is very high at one point, and then it is very low when we climb up, and it is very high when we press the side key. , Then such a saxophone is basically uncontrollable, and it is too uncomfortable to use.There is also a situation where the flute head has been completely inserted to the end, but the overall pitch is still low.A good musical instrument will have a very smooth expression in pitch. As long as our basic skills are relatively solid, then from high to low, the pitch is basically sorta.

Then there is the mechanical transmission.A good saxophone button response is very sensitive, and the strength of the needle spring debugging is also very comfortable, and the key stroke of each button is very reasonable, and the overall use can reach the level that we want to play certain notes can be quickly reflected.But for some pipes that are not very good, the overall blowing down feels that the intensity of the hand pressing down is different, and when we blow certain notes, we obviously feel that these keys are unresponsive or even directly stuck.

Finally, durability.Some musical instruments can indeed have a good sound, but they are not durable.It may feel okay to use it for the first month or two, but after a long time, the overall buttons are spluttering, and there will be some minor problems in various aspects such as mechanical bearings. Such pipes can be repaired by a maintenance master, but it will not take long after commissioning. It becomes unusable again, and it needs to be debugged again, which is troublesome and expensive.However, the overall performance and quality of a good saxophone are very stable. The key cover and leather pad are very fixed, and some changes will not easily occur or it will not be easy to blow.

Beginners can choose according to their own budget, and they can buy some good saxophones as much as possible, because good saxophones are easier to use in all aspects, and they will not affect our own level of performance because of some problems in the saxophone itself, so as to achieve a multiplier effect with half the effort.
